Freight: We ship freight prepaid & add the shipping charges to your order.
No freight will be added to your order for items requiring shipment via motor freight carrier or for those items that require complex freight calculations.
Freight quotes will be given on a request only basis.
There may be instances where freight costs for your order will be incorrect. A representative will contact you if your freight is calculated incorrectly.

All international orders require freight calculations.

*Shipping:All orders will ship out UPS Ground shipping. Standard ground delivery times normally take from 5 to 7 business days except for New York deliveries which normally take from 3 to 5 business days.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Virgin Island are shipped only US Postal Service.
*Shipping Costs :Are based on actual UPS charges.

Payments: Payment is accepted via American Express,Discover,Visa & MasterCard.We also accept Personal Checks,Money Orders & Business Checks for all private organizations & individuals.

Purchase Orders: Our terms are Net 30 Days from Date of Invoice for Park & Recreation Departments, Schools, Universities, Colleges & Government Institutions ONLY.
East Coast Netting reserves the right to require a valid, authorized Purchase Order before processing an order. A finance charge of 1 1/2% per month will be imposed on all invoices 10 days past the original due date.

Pricing: All prices are United States Currency & prices are subject to change without notice.

Returns: East Coast Netting has a 15 day return policy for any product that you are not completely satisfied with or that is defective.In some cases manufacturers have imposed limitations on returns including possible restocking fees.

East Coast Netting require's a return authorization (RA) number for all returns.Any return sent without an RA number will not be accepted.
Returns must be in saleable condition & packaged securely.

All products must be returned with any accompanying warranty cards, manuals, accessories, components or any other items included in the original shipment.
The customer is responsible for all freight costs, including the Original Shipment & Insurance.
If a shipment is not insured & becomes lost or damaged the customer will be responsible for full payment of the item's being returned.

Damage or Shortage Claims: All Packages Must Be Inspected Immediately Upon Arriving.

If Damage or Shortages Are Found, please make a Note on your Delivery Receipt Before the Carrier Leaves Your Location.
